At Vida Transform, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product if:
✔️ The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery
✔️ The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
✔️ All tags, accessories, and the original invoice are included
✔️ The product is not marked as non-returnable
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
❌ Used or damaged gym equipment
❌ Innerwear or clothing without tags
❌ Customized or personalized products
❌ Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at returns@vidatransform.com or visit your account on www.vidatransform.com
Mention your Order ID, Product Name, and reason for return
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the return process
If approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup
Refund or replacement will be processed after product inspection
4. Refund Process
✔️ Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product
✔️ Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
✔️ Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer
✔️ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged product
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product:
✔️ Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
✔️ Exchanges are subject to stock availability
✔️ One-time free exchange is available on size/color (where applicable)
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — the return process will apply
